Your role as CEO
- You create an environment in which people can work toward shared goals and objectives.
- You support and develop self-managing teams.
- You will lead and develop sales and customer relationships in close collaboration with account managers.
- You create the conditions that enable our staff to provide our customers with the best service in the industry and meet their evolving needs.
- You are responsible for the efficiency, profitability, and growth of the business in both the short and long term.

- A basic understanding of business finance and a results-oriented approach.
- The ability to lead and develop a team of experts in a self-directed environment.
- Experience in the construction industry or in providing expert services.
- A desire to grow and develop as a leader, as well as to actively develop the company’s operations and the construction industry as a whole.
