In honor of National Entrepreneurship Day, Intotalo has named the Business Leaders of the Year from among the hundreds of entrepreneurs and managers who have participated in its training programs. The 2016 Business Leaders of the Year award went to Miska Jylhä and Heikki Jussila of Vertia Oy. Helsinki-based Vertia Oy ensures the quality of housing and is Finland’s largest provider of airtightness testing services.
The award jury cited the company’s focus on human resources management as a key reason for its selection, active management of corporate culture and the exemplary development of his own leadership skills.
