Dear Vertia Customer,

As a company, we are entering the next phase, and I am delighted to announce that I will be returning as CEO of Vertia. I have big shoes to fill, as Miska moves on to new responsibilities within Vertia. After being away for two years, I see that our company has reached an exciting juncture. The number of customers and measurement projects has grown significantly, and our staff has more than doubled. We have launched new services, including building moisture surveys and drying.

Vertia’s cornerstones have always been ease of collaboration, a commitment to service, and reliability. We strive to further strengthen these cornerstones. We will introduce preventive services, such as humidity monitoring and control. Our goal is to share our expertise in a timely manner and do our part to ensure, from the outset, that your projects succeed in terms of quality, and ultimately to verify that high quality has been achieved through measurements.

Recently, we have seen a sharp increase in demand for our services. We are therefore investing in the development and digitization of our systems, which will enable, among other things, faster report delivery times. We have also increased our customer service staff, and we are currently in the process of hiring new employees.

I accept my new role with humility, but also with great enthusiasm. In the early stages, I will focus on developing our internal operating models. For day-to-day matters, please continue to contact our customer service team.
