2. Moisture measurements and environmental monitoring

Our moisture measurement service ensures that structures are sufficiently dry before coating. We work with the construction site to determine how to ensure the concrete dries on schedule, and we draw up a clear plan:

3. Comprehensive Environmental Control Services

We provide comprehensive climate control services for construction sites. Our services include the design and implementation of climate control solutions, as well as climate control management during the construction phase.

Contents of the comprehensive service

1. Design

We will draw up a plan outlining the necessary conditions and how to implement them, as well as cost-effective concrete mixes and environmental control solutions (including heating, drying, dust control, and water damage prevention).

2. Implementation

We install the necessary heating, drying, and dust control equipment and, if needed, handle connections such as district heating. We also implement partitioning when necessary to ensure the best possible conditions.

3. Management

A person in charge of environmental control is appointed at the construction site to oversee the drying of structures and environmental conditions. Indoor environmental conditions (including humidity, temperature, and dust) are extensively monitored using our BuildStat system. During weekly inspections, we identify any deficiencies in environmental control as well as factors that slow down drying. If necessary, we take action if conditions deviate from the plan. Finally, we use moisture measurements to ensure that it is safe to apply a finish to the structures.

Absolutely. We can handle logistics management in collaboration with the construction company’s own equipment supplier. We’ll take care of planning and on-site management, and coordinate the necessary equipment with the construction company’s equipment partner.

In such cases, we recommend a service provided in collaboration with Ramirent. They supply the equipment, while Vertia handles the planning, implementation, and management. Ramirent provides a quote and enters into a contract directly with the construction site. Vertia does not take any commission on this, making the overall solution more cost-effective for the customer.
