Proven to be the most compact
Every year, Vertia recognizes the most airtight home builders based on research. The awards are based on airtightness measurements conducted by Vertia. In 2025, Vertia measured the airtightness of approximately 1,100 single-family homes, representing about 30 percent of the homes built during that period. The award winners were, on average, the most airtight in their respective categories.
Good airtightness is a key factor in modern construction. It improves the quality of living, ensures controlled ventilation, and significantly reduces the risk of moisture damage. High-quality airtightness is the result of careful design and precise execution, directly reflecting the homebuilder’s commitment to quality.
